I hold a profound respect for the environment and expect others to also be environmentally conscious. Because I hold a deep admiration for nature, I am one of few lawyers in Indiana who work on Conservation Easements. Conservation Easements allow holders of a property to limit the use of the property in order to protect and preserve it.
Historic preservation is an important development tool and offers federal and state tax credits as an incentive.
