Intestate - without a will

If you die intestate, Indiana laws of distribution will determine who the beneficiaries of your estate will be. This typically would include your spouse, children, or other family members. However, the state of Indiana's plan for your estate may not reflect your personal wishes.

It is so easy and inexpensive to have a Will that I hope none of you will die without one. I want you to specify how your assets should be distributed, not the state!
